I am a dedicated and service-driven professional with a background in business law, legal education, and community outreach. I graduated from California State University, Northridge in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Option in Business Law. I graduated with Honors and Magna Cum Laude, an accomplishment that reflects my commitment to academic excellence, discipline, and perseverance.
My professional interests are rooted in the legal field, where I hope to combine my passion for helping others with my commitment to advocacy, problem-solving, and justice. I have gained firsthand experience through two summer internships at law firms, where I was able to develop a deeper understanding of the legal profession and gain valuable exposure to the day-to-day operations of a law office. I also completed the requirements for a Paralegal Studies certificate through the American Bar Association approved program at Cal State LA in May 2026, further strengthening my legal knowledge and professional foundation. I am currently working with a Real Estate Law Group, where I continue to expand my practical experience and grow professionally within the legal field.
Beyond my academic and professional pursuits, community service has been a meaningful and defining part of my life. I am proud to be one of the original founders of a local homeless outreach ministry, an experience that has taught me the importance of compassion, leadership, organization, and service.
My journey in community outreach began over 10 years ago at the age of 14, when I started baking cupcakes and creating handwritten notes of encouragement for people experiencing hardship. What began as a small personal effort soon grew into a larger initiative providing sack lunches, hygiene kits, clothing, books, toys, and other essential items to individuals and families in need in North Hills, Thousand Oaks, and Skid Row.
During the pandemic, the ministry expanded considerably. What initially began with distributing cupcakes and sandwiches grew into a full-scale food pantry that distributed as much as 8,000 pounds of food each week. With the help of dedicated volunteers, we also assembled and distributed thousands of goodie bags to bring encouragement and practical support to nursing home residents, healthcare workers, firefighters, and others serving on the front lines.
Although the pantry eventually concluded at the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, my commitment to service has continued. Today, I remain actively involved in outreach efforts, distributing hundreds of goodie bags filled with treats, socks, toiletries, and other personal necessities. I also help provide blankets, clothing, food, and essential supplies to individuals in need and continue participating in outreach efforts in Skid Row. In addition, I support and participate in fundraisers that benefit individuals and communities facing difficult circumstances.
My experiences in both the legal field and community service have shaped the professional I strive to be. They have taught me that meaningful work requires not only knowledge and skill, but also integrity, empathy, responsibility, and a willingness to serve others. Whether I am working on a legal matter, supporting a colleague, or helping someone in need, I approach each opportunity with dedication and a strong sense of purpose.
My goal is to continue building a meaningful career in the legal profession while using my skills and experiences to make a positive difference in the lives of others. I am particularly interested in opportunities that allow me to grow professionally, contribute to a team, and apply my education and practical experience in a meaningful way.
